Job Description:

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager who is ready to take ownership of an organisation’s internal communications function. This isn’t a role where you’ll be managing a team. • Creating engaging content across a range of channels
  • Managing and developing internal communication platforms
  • Supporting engagement, culture and change initiatives
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Using feedback and insight to continually improve communications
  • Ownership of the strategy

Profile

You’ll be a confident communicator with strong writing skills and a hands-on approach.

We’re particularly interested in people who:

  • Have experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications
  • Enjoy creating and delivering communications themselves
  • Are comfortable working independently and managing priorities
  • Have worked in lean teams or standalone roles where they’ve had to make things happen

  • Salary between 50,000 and 55,000 dependent on the level of experience.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with two days on-site in Merseyside
