Fractional Legal Counsel – SaaS, Data Privacy & Governance

Gofractional is seeking a part-time legal lead to act as the sole in-house counsel for a growing LegalTech scale-up in the UK. The role focuses on negotiating and finalizing customer SaaS agreements, advising business heads on commercial contracts, and owning data protection matters.

You will support corporate governance, compliance, and fundraising activities, while maintaining practical, business-friendly guidance across privacy, IP, disputes and vendor relationships.
