In-House Finance Counsel: Asset & Invoice Lending, Hybrid

Fintelligent Search is seeking a qualified solicitor to join as Legal Counsel on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Bristol, offering broad in‑house exposure across banking and finance, including invoice finance and asset finance.

You will work with a proactive Legal and Compliance team on complex transactions, contracts, risk assessment and cross‑functional advising. Hybrid work with two days in the office per week, potential to become permanent.
