Property Counsel – Commercial & ECC for Telecoms Infra

Project People is seeking a Property Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team supporting a high-volume estates and telecoms infrastructure programme. You will manage end-to-end commercial property transactions, including Code Agreements, leases, and licences.

The role requires England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–3 years PQE in commercial property, including landlord and tenant matters and freehold acquisitions; ECC experience is essential; hybrid working at Theale.
