NQ Solicitor – Wills & Probate (Private Client)

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a busy Wills & Probate Department in their Horwich office. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters while developing your technical knowledge and building your own caseload.

You will manage your own developing caseload, advise on Wills, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection matters, and draft Wills and related documents.
