Senior Cat B Fit-Out Estimator – London, Hybrid

CPXR is seeking a Senior Estimator in Central London to lead Cat B fit-out tenders, produce cost plans, and manage supplier pricing for high-value projects. The role requires strong experience in Cat B workplace fit-out, tendering both single- and two-stage processes, and close collaboration with pre-construction and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have solid Excel skills, knowledge of SMM7/NRM, and hands-on use of Conquest or Causeway, Bluebeam, CostX, or Kreo.
