Engineering Team Lead – Plant Safety & Maintenance

Biffa Waste Services is recruiting an Engineering Team Lead for the South Kirkby, Wakefield site. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the engineering shift, ensuring safe, compliant operations and timely maintenance.

You will lead safety meetings, coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, and ensure all required documents and risk assessments are completed to maintain high plant availability.
