Lead Civil Engineer – Highways & Drainage, North West

Penguin Recruitment in Warrington is seeking a Civil Engineer to deliver detailed design for a range of residential and commercial schemes across the North West. You will lead technical output, support planning, and guide schemes from concept to approval.

With a degree in civil engineering and at least four years of UK infrastructure design experience, you will work with Civils 3D, AutoCAD and hydraulic modelling tools, coordinating with clients and local authorities to meet UK standards.
