Senior Bid Manager: First-Stage & ECI Strategy (Hybrid)

Kier Group in the North West is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join Kier Construction, based in Salford or Speke with hybrid working. You will lead bid strategies across projects typically £10m+, shaping opportunities from inception and coordinating with senior management.

You’ll manage first stage bidding, two-stage procurement and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), building strong client and stakeholder relationships to secure preferred bidder status.
