Quality & Compliance Manager – Food Safety & HACCP

Travail Employment Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Grantham to lead the quality and compliance function. The role focuses on maintaining the QMS, HACCP and food safety systems, and ensuring regulatory adherence across the product lifecycle.

You will report to senior management and drive a culture of quality, coordinating audits and training. The ideal candidate will have HACCP Level 3, experience in audits, and strong leadership within a food-related manufacturing setting.
