About the role
We are looking for confident, proactive individuals to join our Out of Hours Response Team, delivering a professional and responsive front‑line service across our estate.
Opportunity
As an Out of Hours Response Officer, you will be at the centre of operations overnight, responding to incidents, supporting residents and maintaining a safe, inclusive and well‑managed environment. This includes welfare concerns, fire alarm activations, security issues and urgent maintenance matters, often as the first point of contact. You will carry out patrols, respond to calls, provide first aid and work closely with internal teams and external services to resolve situations effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Calm under pressure and confident in dealing with people.
- Able to make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
- Valid UK driver’s licence is essential.
