Digital Resilience Lead — GRC & Security Ops

Marston Search seeks a Digital Resilience Manager in South Yorkshire on a hybrid basis. The role leads the cyber and information security capability for a rapidly growing FTSE 250 business, balancing governance with hands-on security operations.

The 12-month fixed-term contract covers 70% GRC work and 30% security operations, including managing an MSSP and implementing Cyber Essentials plus future ISO 27001 readiness. Applicants will engage with executives and Legal for DPIAs.
