QA Supervisor: Food Quality & Safety Leader

The Compleat Food Group in Clitheroe is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead quality at a chilled food manufacturing site. You will uphold food safety, drive improvements, and coach teams to deliver products customers can trust.

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will coordinate internal audits, support BRC and customer inspections, and manage the Quality Management System across shifts. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
