Strategic CSM, Security & Compliance (Remote + Equity)

Vanta is seeking an EMEA Customer Success Manager to guide customers through security and compliance journeys using Vanta’s solutions. You will be the voice of the customer, driving retention, renewal and upsell across a book of 50 customers in the 401–2000 employee range.

You will partner with Account Managers, become a product expert on SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and related frameworks, and collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes on customer timelines.
