Lead Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Barnardo’s in Leicestershire is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Short Breaks Home in Rothley on a fixed‑term basis to cover maternity leave. You will lead shifts, support the Registered Manager, and help provide a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 6–18 with complex needs.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and a Level 5 Leadership diploma (or willingness to work toward it), with at least two years’ supervisory experience.
