Senior Residential Manager – Children’s Homes (Two Sites)

CYS Security is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead two children’s residential homes in Gravesend and Gillingham, Kent. You will hold Ofsted registration, drive safeguarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee admissions, care planning and staffing across both sites.

The role requires senior leadership in children’s residential care, with responsibilities spanning budgets, regulatory visits and relationships with authorities. DBS enhanced check is required.
