Allied Mills in Tilbury is seeking a Distribution Team Leader to head the fleet and distribution operations across bulk and bagged flour. You will lead the distribution function, manage the fleet and subcontractors, and ensure safe, compliant delivery to customers in line with legal and company requirements.
The role requires experience leading a team in a similar setting, CPC qualification, and strong PC skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) with Distribution Management Systems.
