Senior Pre-Construction Manager – Technical & Tender Lead

TCR in London is seeking a Pre-Construction Technical Manager to lead the technical development for complex demolition projects and to steer tenders from initial assessment through to delivery.

You will coordinate multi-discipline bids, produce construction programmes, support PQQs, and manage temporary works briefs. Reporting to Mark Taylor, you will run site walks and oversee in-house and external design teams.
