Senior Contracts Manager – High-End Refurbs & Growth

The Construction Index Ltd in Cobham, Surrey is seeking a Contracts Manager to deliver high-end refurbishment and new build schemes ranging from £1M to £8M. You will be based in Cobham with travel to site as required.

The role focuses on ensuring efficiency, quality and accurate information management, liaising with PQS, Architects and subcontractors. A degree and strong people management are advantageous, with a clear progression path.
