Onsite IT Support Engineer – Liverpool (3-month)

VIQU IT is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the Liverpool service desk on a 3‑month contract. You will provide 1st/2nd line support to employees, handle incidents and service requests, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 plus core desktop issues.

You’ll work onsite in Liverpool five days a week, collaborating with IT colleagues to deliver a professional, customer‑focused support experience and maintain accurate knowledge base articles for continued service improvement.
