Capgemini in Salisbury is seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide second-line support on the desktop environment, resolving incidents to SLA and handling NSR tasks. The role is fully onsite, five days a week, with an up-to-£38k annual salary.
You will work with Intune, Windows 10/11, SCCM MECM, AD and networking basics to maintain desktop operations, ensuring security with BitLocker and proactive communication with the Service Desk and Level-3 teams.
