Infrastructure Civil Engineer Diverse Rail Aviation Energy

Waterman Aspen is seeking an Infrastructure Civil Engineer to join the Rail, Aviation and Energy team in the Birmingham area. You will design and develop infrastructure projects, lead site assessments and feasibility studies, and prepare plans, specs and cost estimates.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality, while collaborating with designers, planners and contractors.
