BlueSteps Connect is seeking an Account Analytics Analyst to join a high-performing analytics team. You will analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and shape more effective marketing strategies.

You will support client work with data-led recommendations, collaborate with internal teams to translate analytics into clear business guidance, and apply SQL skills, BI tools (Tableau preferred) and a client-focused mindset.
