Company Secretarial Analyst – Listed Asset Manager London

Intermediate Capital Group in London is seeking an Analyst, Company Secretary to support CoSec and governance across the ICG Group. You will handle director appointments, draft market announcements, manage share buyback administration and PDMR notifications, and support Board processes.

Based in our London head office, you will work with the Secretariat, Group Legal and external advisers, gaining valuable experience in listed company governance and regulatory compliance.
