Early-Help Family Hub Practitioner

Coventry City Council is seeking a Family Hub Community Practitioner to join our Children’s Services team. You will work directly with families, deliver early help interventions, and connect people to the right services with a whole-family approach.

You will collaborate with schools, health professionals, housing, police and community partners to create positive change and improve outcomes for children, young people and families. Right to Work in the UK is required.
