Job Description:
K&W Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacist to provide medicines management and clinical advice across GP practices in the Greater London area. You will support repeat prescribing, conduct medication reviews, and help improve safety and efficiency in medicines use.
The role requires registration with the GPhC, a Master’s in Pharmacy, CPPE pathway progress, and experience in primary care settings. Relevant CPD and independent prescribing ambitions are encouraged.
