Reactive Housing Repairs Supervisor

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a Repairs Supervisor to join its property services division. The role is based in the TW & KT postal area and involves delivering a reactive repairs service to scattered housing properties.

You will supervise operatives on a day-to-day basis, organise workloads, conduct pre- and post-inspections, lead toolbox talks and monitor health and safety, and price works using NHF SOR. Travel between properties and liaising with clients and tenants are required.
