Aerospace Quality & Process Recovery Engineer (Hybrid)

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support a key client at their Portsmouth facility. The successful candidate will lead the recovery of a critical build area currently facing a high rate of non-conformances and delays.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence, restoring process discipline, and coaching our clients’ engineering and production teams on effective quality management processes and recovery planning.
