Mechanical Project Manager – Northampton / Milton Keynes

Salary: £70k. Location: within an hour radius from Northampton / Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver mechanical pipework projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of mechanical services installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop detailed quality assurance plans, including benchmark, QA and testing schedules.
• Ensure all works adhere to health and safety requirements, CDM regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Compile and submit technical submissions to the client for approval.
