£60,000-£75,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Progression + Hybrid Flexibility + Leadership Opportunity
Are you an experienced O&M Manager looking to take the lead in a growing high voltage business? Do you want the opportunity to build and expand your own team in a company where demand is increasing and progression comes with it? The company are a specialist in high voltage operations and maintenance, delivering electrical engineering contracts across the UK. Off the back of increased demand, they are actively expanding their O&M team creating a genuine opportunity for the right person to lead that growth and progress upward as the department scales.
In this role you will take full ownership of the O&M function, overseeing maintenance contracts, managing staff and day‑to‑day operations, and engaging in client meetings and project management. The role offers a mix of office and site work with some remote flexibility, based out of Manchester with contracts nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have management experience within electrical engineering and a strong background in operations and maintenance. SAP authorisation and an IOSH/NEBOSH certification are required, and they are looking for someone genuinely motivated by progression who wants to grow with the business.

The Candidate
