Nightshift Production Manager – FMCG/Food Manufacturing

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a Nightshift Production Manager for a North Lanarkshire food manufacturing site. You will lead a high-performing team on the Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am shift, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across production lines.

The role emphasises production planning, KPI monitoring, and driving lean improvements while coordinating with QA and Technical teams to maintain product standards and optimise labour, materials and resources.
