Education Recruitment Consultant — London
Basic salary: £30,000–£40,000+ (depending on experience) + uncapped commission.
Role Overview
As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will manage the full 360‑degree recruitment process. You build relationships with schools, win new business and recruit teachers, support staff and specialist professionals.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling and business development
- Build relationships with school leaders and hiring managers
- Weekly school visits and face‑to‑face business development
- Recruit teachers, support staff and specialist education professionals
- Advertise vacancies and source candidates
- Conduct telephone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
- Present suitable candidates to schools
- Manage temporary bookings and permanent placements
- Work closely with compliance team
- Achieve weekly activity, placement and revenue targets
- Help develop a successful geographical area
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience, particularly within education or temporary staffing (highly desirable)
- Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environment and the resilience to build a successful recruitment career
- Ambitious and financially motivated

Salary and Earning Potential
Basic salary: £30,000–£40,000+ (depending on experience). Uncapped commission with no threshold from day one. Strong earning potential with the opportunity for top performers to exceed £100,000.
