Field Sales Pro – Scaffolding (Reading) | Uncapped Bonus

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager – Scaffolding based in the Reading area. You will drive field sales of scaffolding and related products, selling to main and civil contractors, ground workers, housebuilders and utilities.

This on‑road role involves four days travelling with approximately eight calls daily and one day at the Reading depot. A two‑person team is based at Reading; you will shadow an experienced manager for 2–3 months and develop new business from depot leads.
