Field-Based Homeownership Lead (Nottingham & Leicester)

Amplius is seeking a Homeownership Manager for field-based roles covering Nottingham and Leicester schemes. You will lead a team delivering homeownership services, carry out scheme visits to ensure health, safety and fire compliance, and professionally manage customer enquiries and complex situations.

The role requires experience in leasehold or older-person housing, strong resident engagement, and the ability to work independently across locations.
