Care Home Manager: Dementia Care Leader

Runwood Homes is seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential care home in the United Kingdom. You will lead staff, support residents and ensure high standards of care, including dementia care planning and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 5 (or be working towards it), a proven track record with Good CQC reports, and strong communication and organisational skills. Training and development are a core focus.
