Homebased Deputy Area Manager, Scotland (Trauma-Informed)

TACT Scotland is looking for a Deputy Area Manager to lead regional social work teams, delivering trauma-informed support and improving outcomes for children and young people. The role is homebased with monthly Scotland meetings and regional travel.

You will work closely with foster carers and social work colleagues to supervise staff, oversee recruitment and performance reviews, and coordinate out-of-hours support. Commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed practice is essential.
