Site Project Manager – Urban Regeneration (Residential)

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large urban regeneration project in Leicester. You will oversee a site-based team on a major new build housing scheme, ensuring programme, safety, cost control and quality are delivered to the client’s standards.

Essential qualifications include CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid, with proven delivery of residential schemes up to £10m. Proficiency in planning tools such as Asta, MS Projects or Project Commander is required.
