Modular Design & Estimating Technician

Wernick Refurbished Buildings is seeking a Modular Estimating and Design Technician for our Shipton, York depot. This permanent, office-based role aims to speed up estimating and design turnaround times and support buying on key items.

The ideal candidate will be numerate, creative, and proficient in AutoCAD to produce floor plans and elevations, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy construction office.
