Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd in Scotland is helping a fast-growing specialist mortgage lender to recruit a Mortgage Lending Operations Manager. You will lead a team of Mortgage Underwriters and Case Managers, focusing on end-to-end operational delivery, scalability, and regulatory compliance across the lending process.
The role is hybrid, based in Glasgow with three days in the office and two days remote, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
