The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage time-critical transport operations, ensuring deliveries are planned, monitored and executed within strict deadlines.
You’ll be working in a high-tempo environment where clear communication, situational awareness and rapid problem solving are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating urgent transport solutions across the UK and Europe
- Monitoring live transport movements and responding quickly to issues
- Working closely with team leaders and transport partners to ensure smooth operations
- Understanding European driving regulations and transport restrictions
- Escalating delays or operational issues and helping identify solutions
- Building strong working relationships with transport suppliers and carriers
- Ensuring operational standards and compliance processes are maintained
What My client is Looking For
- Logistics, transport or supply chain experience
- Military operations, movement control or dispatch backgrounds
- Additional languages are an advantage
Shift Pattern
- 4-on / 4-off rotation
- 12-hour day shifts
- 7:00am – 7:00pm
