About the Role
Project Managers are a valuable part of the business; the focus of this role will be to provide visible leadership, insight, direction and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while also delivering excellent customer satisfaction and developing a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical services engineering elements from pre‑construction to project completion, including design and procurement.
- Lead the full MEP works on site in terms of safety, quality, programme and budget, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the overall MEP team, providing mentorship and leadership, ensuring correct integration with the wider construction team.
The project is based in Devizes, Wiltshire and is valued at £100m. It involves an existing prison looking to construct rapid cell deployments and fire safety improvements. The project is at RIBA stage 3 for MEP design and will begin procurement in January, with site work starting in August. It will feature largely off‑site prefabricated MEP to accelerate delivery. The MEP package value is £31m.
