Commercial Manager — Post-Contract & Quotations Negotiations

Gigaclear is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor for a 12-month contract to lead commercial elements and manage relationships with Tier 1 and 2 contractors.

You will review and accept contractor and supply chain quotations, manage post‑contract administration, and drive fair close‑out while building key relationships across civils, build and delivery teams.

This hybrid role requires site and office presence at our Abingdon Head Office, with at least one day a week on site.
