Field Services Resource Planning Lead

Siemens Energy is seeking a Resource Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end resource planning for field service projects across the UK & Ireland. You will direct deployment of qualified personnel, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder communication within the Gas Services division.

You will also line-manage the Field Service team, drive recruitment, onboarding, and performance management while upholding HSE standards and Zero Harm initiatives.
