Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Temporary Receptionist to provide holiday cover for a leading manufacturing client based in Sutton Weaver, Runcorn.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist, Front of House Receptionist, Office Administrator, or Reception Administrator looking for a short-term assignment within a professional office environment.
The assignment starts on 6th August and will last for 7 working days.
Key Duties
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house service.
Operate the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Provide general administrative support.
Manage incoming and outgoing post.
Assist with basic facilities administration tasks.
Handle enquiries confidently in person and over the phone, delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role.
Confident using computer systems.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, confident, and engaging manner.
Own transport is essential due to the location of the office.
What We Offer
14.50 per hour.
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Temporary assignment for 7 working days, starting 6th August.
