Chief of Equality, Diversity & Human Rights Strategy

NHS Lothian is seeking a strategic Head of Equality and Human Rights to provide expert leadership and drive meaningful change across the organisation and the wider health system in Scotland.

The role advises the Board on equality, diversity, inclusion, human rights and BSL duties, and leads the development of strategic plans, governance and performance frameworks to ensure statutory compliance and an inclusive culture.
