Head of Engineering & Projects — Composites

Luton Bennett is seeking a Head of Engineering and Project Management (Composites) for Milton office-based role. £60,000–£75,000 salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00.

You will lead an engineering team of 3–4, oversee R&D and customer projects from start to finish, with substantial CATIA V5 work. The role requires an experienced composites engineer with design and project management skills, plus an engineering degree.
