The role focuses on NEC contracts, complex commercial agreements, and close collaboration with procurement and operations to shape high-value projects.

You will advise on disputes, risk allocation and funding arrangements while coordinating with external counsel as needed in a hybrid working environment. Strong NEC experience is essential.
