SENCO Leader | Shape SEND Provision in a Specialist School

The Education Network Birmingham is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead SEND provision at a thriving SEND school in Atherstone. The role focuses on developing passionate, personalised support and ensuring high standards of inclusive education across the site.

As part of the leadership team, you will oversee EHCP delivery, coordinate annual reviews, and work with teachers, therapists and families to raise outcomes for children with SEND.
