EYFS & Complex Needs TA – Inspire Learning in Solihull

Aspire People is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant for Solihull, working in Complex Needs/SLD or EYFS groups. You will support pupils with diverse needs 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers and promoting independence in a nurturing setting.

Candidates should have experience with SEND or EYFS, be patient and reliable, and capable of building strong relationships with pupils and staff to foster inclusive learning environments.
