Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist (Band 5)

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS is seeking a Band 5 Registered Occupational Therapist to join the Derbyshire Dales AWA Living Well Team in Ashbourne. You will assess and support adults with mental ill health in the community, travel across the area, and work under supervision of Band 6.

Join a multidisciplinary team with opportunities for supervision, development and flexible working arrangements; HCPC registration and OT degree required, plus post‑graduate training relevant to specialist area.
